24 Hour Jail Release 214-402-4364
According to numerous reports, Cowboys WR Dez Bryant has been arrested again. This time in DeSoto and he stands accused of domestic violence. Apparently Bryant was arrested over the weekend and has been released from jail. Details of the incident are few at the moment due to the fact the incident is still under investigation.
Based on the reports I've heard, if the case is filed as an assault charge, Bryant will be facing a class A misdemeanor which carries a range of punishment from 0 days up to 1 year in jail and a $0 to $4,000 fine. If Bryant is truly facing a domestic violence or family violence enhancement and said affirmative finding of family violence is proven against Bryant then he will never be able to carry a firearm, adopt a child, and he could face serious obstacles if he has any child custody issues in the future. All in all, it looks like Bryant may have to deal with more than just double coverage this fall...
